Combining her expertise in entrepreneurship + her education in cosmetology and fashion design, she spearheads Esōes Cosmetics with a strategic approach to creative brand management, relational fundraising, innovative problem-solving, partner relationship management, and collaborative efforts both locally and nationwide.

Joy's dynamic leadership and vision are the driving force behind Esōes, earning her well-deserved recognition as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Iconic Women of Distinction Awards. Unapologetically bold, she fearlessly takes on the fight to end violence, symbolized by her bright lip and signature wide-brimmed hat, paving the way for future generations, empowering her daughters with the knowledge that anything is possible!

Meet Phil, a guiding force within Esōes Cosmetics, leveraging his background in tech and market training, as well as customer care and service. Phil oversees crucial areas such as onboarding and training, customer and employee relations, and technical support. Within the absolute whirlwind of entrepreneurship, Phil's presence brings a sense of calm and stability.

What sets Phil apart is his unwavering compassion for humanity, as he uses his privilege to prioritize other's safety. His profound commitment to making a positive impact wherever he goes is the true essence of love, a definition that inspires all of us. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have Phil as an integral part of our team and as a dedicated ally in our fight to build a safer world!
